The Yamaha MT-09 is built for one thing—making every mile exciting. It's the perfect companion for carving through the mountain roads of Western North Carolina.
Factory cruise control adds comfort for longer stretches of highway, while the upright riding position keeps you comfortable and in control when the road begins to twist. Whether you're riding the Blue Ridge Parkway, The Rattler, or exploring the countless backroads surrounding Asheville, the MT-09 is equally at home on relaxed scenic rides and spirited runs through the curves.
To help protect the motorcycle from the unexpected, we've equipped it with frame sliders, axle sliders, and engine protection. These additions help reduce the chance of cosmetic damage from an accidental low-speed tip-over while preserving the clean appearance of the motorcycle.
A secure phone mount is included, making it easy to keep navigation within view as you explore Western North Carolina's incredible riding destinations.
With a seat height of 32.5 inches and a lightweight, confidence-inspiring chassis, the MT-09 feels approachable while still delivering the performance experienced riders expect. Its 3.7-gallon fuel tank provides approximately 140–170 miles of riding range, depending on riding style and terrain.
