Each policy is individually evaluated, and approval is not guaranteed.Once approved, your policy is linked to your Riders Share account, allowing you to decline the damage waiver on eligible rentals across the platform until your policy expires. Updated documentation is required when your policy expires.Already booked? No problem! If Riders Share approves your insurance before your rental begins, they can update your reservation and remove the damage waiver charges.We recommend submitting your documentation as early as possible to allow time for review.Without approved personal motorcycle insurance, a Riders Share protection option is required. Renters must be at least 25 years old to rent our motorcycles or Polaris Slingshot.Motorcycle renters must have a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement. All reservations through Riders Share are based on 24-hour rental periods. Your pick-up and drop-off times matter when selecting dates. If the motorcycle is returned beyond the original 24-hour window, Riders Share may apply an additional day’s rental, even if the overage is only a couple of hours. We recommend choosing pick-up and drop-off times carefully to avoid unexpected charges.
